Akhet Travel reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to unavailability, operational reasons, or incorrect information provided by the traveler.

3. Payments

Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in the currency specified during booking.
  • Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
  • Confirmed bookings are protected against future price changes unless government taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier fees increase.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveler

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on:

  • Hotel policies
  • Airline regulations
  • Third-party supplier conditions

Applicable cancellation fees may be deducted from any refund amount.

Cancellation by Akhet Travel

Akhet Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify travel arrangements due to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Operational circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, alternative arrangements or applicable refunds will be offered whenever possible.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying:

  • Valid passports
  • Visas
  • Travel permits
  • Vaccination certificates (if required)
  • Any other required travel documentation

Akhet Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers agree to:

  • Follow local laws and regulations.
  • Respect cultural traditions and customs.
  • Follow instructions provided by guides and service providers.
  • Maintain appropriate travel insurance when recommended.

Akhet Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler whose behavior may endanger others or disrupt travel operations.

While every effort is made to operate tours exactly as advertised, Akhet Travel reserves the right to:

  • Adjust transportation arrangements

Akhet Travel acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transportation providers, cruise operators, and local service providers.

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss of luggage
  • Property damage
  • Flight delays
  • Supplier failures
  • Circumstances beyond our direct control

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Akhet Travel for the affected service.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Personal accidents
  • Lost baggage
  • Travel interruptions

Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise stated.
